60 day workout - Day 8

Hi friends,
Well, it's day 8 and, as expected, the weight is going down. Cool thing is, my strength is getting back to old form, and I am going to have to get heavier weights soon!
Now, here's a challenge for you all. I just got called to go to work; the kicker is, I work on a boat! No gym, no weights, no scale, and crappy/fatty foods. So, I am going to a pure body weight workout, and if you want the diet, and exercises I am going to be using, email me at selbyconsulting@yahoo.com
Okay, I can't upload pictures. Wow! This internet on here is slow and dicey! It's okay though, I can't wait to get the pics up when I get home. If I can do this out here, then it's proof anyone can do it.
