Hello to everyone who is following this blog,
It's day 5 and, already, I am feeling the effects of my training. You know, it's a great feeling to feel the muscles tighten in the morning, to look in the mirror and see the results of the previous day's efforts.
Okay, so down to business. If you are wanting to start this workout, you need 3 things. First, is the equipment; which can all be purchased at your local
Wal-Mart (for those of you in the states), and if you don't have a
Wal-Mart, or anywhere that carries the Perfect
Pushup/
Pullup, then the site for purchase is : http://www.perfectpushup.com
On the site, they have a combo special that will save you money. The
dumbbells, and Kettle Bell can be purchased at any fitness store.
Second, you will need the supplements. The main products I am using are from
Vitamark International. I know, this sounds like a shameless plug but, they do work! Using the
Limu Plus and Vita Ones, I have more energy, sleep better, and feel like I am a teenager again. I am as skeptical as the next person and will make an offer, should you choose to accept it; buy the products I am using, if you don't feel a difference in the way you feel, Vitamark carries a 100% guarantee. Just give this an honest shot though, that's all I ask. Here's the link for the
supplements :
https://www.vitamark.com/744205Third, you need the determination to make a change in your life. Find a reason to do this, a "why", find your inspiration and the rest will fall into place. Set weekly goals for yourself and, see them through! It might be to drop 3 pounds in the first week, do 2 more reps by week 1, increase your
cardio by 2 minutes, or any combination. Write your goals, and your inspiration, down and put them on the bathroom mirror. That way you see them first thing in the morning, and before you go to bed. Don't give up if you don't succeed in reaching your weekly goal; most people don't. It may take 2 weeks to get there.
Listen to your body too. If your muscles are screaming, "NO MORE!!!" at you, then it's time to take a day off! Overdo it and you can hurt yourself, or worse. I know, I have done it; I was a Natural Bodybuilder in Germany (stationed there with the US Army) and went 6 days a week for workouts. After the first week, I ignored my body and ripped my left pectoral tie in. That was a 10 week layoff and, I had to start over again. So pay attention to the warning signs.
In the next installment, I will begin to post a few exercises I use, step by step.
To your success,
Grady Selby
